How often are materials updated? - Textbooks, Training, Certification, Instructor Materials

The solar industry is rapidly changing and evolving. As a result, training in this industry has to match that pace.

We update our materials on a constant basis – making corrections (yes, we admit we don’t get it perfect first time around) and updating as products and codes evolve. As our textbooks are produced through “just in time” printing (no inventory), they immediately incorporate these changes.

Once a year we do a complete scrub of our materials to make sure they continue to be up to date. Every third year (after the latest National Electric Code is published) we revise everything a bid more in depth to incorporate any changes in the NEC.

Blue Rock Station LLC is an accredited provider with NABCEP, both for initial certification as well as for recertification. The Residential Solar Installation & Design course (online, in person and hybrid format) has been approved for the following:
